Boat & Bike trips are combined active journeys and relaxed cruises: Discover the most beautiful islands and coastal regions by hybrid bicycle, mountain bike or electric bike & boat

1st day (Sat) Trogir (Embarkation) - Rogoznica

Individual arrival by car to Trogir or by plane to Split airport, which is about 3 mi./ 5 km away from the harbour of Trogir. After the check in on the motor yacht (between 14 and 14.30 pm) we leave Trogir around 15 pm. During the crossing to Rogoznica the fresh sea breeze can be enjoyed. Later in the afternoon there is time to adjust the bicycles.

    2nd day (Sun) Rogoznica – Vodice – Slanica – Nature Park Telašcica (approx. 15 mi./ 23 km)

In the morning the boat takes us to Vodice. We go for our first bike ride starting at the popular resort and soon we cross the bridge to the island of Murter. In Slanica, in the Northwest of the island the boat awaits us for the cross over to the island of Dugi Otok. On our way we pass the National Park Kornati - an archipelago in crystal clear water which is known for its rich underwater world. Our destination is the deeply incised Telašćica Bay. In the local nature park the Mir salt lake is situated. At the end of the day we take a short hike to the impressive cliffs.

3rd day (Mon) Islands of Dugi Otok and Molat (approx. 23 mi + 11 mi./ 38 km + 18 km by bike)

From the park we cycle across the almost traffic-free island of Dugi Otok until we finally reach the pine forest, agave and tamarisk bay of Božava. From there the boat takes us to the flower island of Molat. We explore the island on a short cycle tour. Today’s night is spent in the quiet port of the island.

4th day (Tue) Zadar and the Islands of Ugljan and Pašman (approx. 18 mi./ 30 km by bike)

During breakfast the boat cruises to Zadar. The city was the political, cultural and spiritual centre of Dalmatia for centuries. We take an extensive walk through the streets of the lively old town. 3,000 years of history left its imprint on the character of this town. After lunch we cross the Zadar channel to Preko on Ugljan Island. From there we cycle to Tkon on the island of Pasman. Recently the two islands have been connected by a bridge. Along the east coast we experience the beautiful ocean views and the opposite mainland. The boat picks us up from Tkon and takes us to Biograd where we stay for the night.

    5th day (Wed) Biograd – Vodice – Šibenik- Skradin (approx. 34 mi./ 55 km)

The day starts with a bike ride around the Vraner Lake. Our destination is the seaside resort of Vodice. The Vrana Lake is the largest freshwater reservoir in Dalmatia and offers numerous migratory birds a welcome resting place. In Vodice we have lunch on board. Afterwards the boat takes us to Šibenik at the river mouth Krka in the Adria. The Cathedral of St. James is a UNESCO World Heritage site – known as the most beautiful religious building of the Adriatic Coast. However, also the old town of Šibenik is well worth a visit. For our night stay the boat moves a bit further to Skradin and anchors at the entrance of the National Park.

    6th day (Thu) Skradin – Krka-Waterfalls – Island Zlarin (approx. 19 + 6 mi./ 31 + 10 km)

After breakfast another wonderful cycle tour starts from Skradin through the national park of Krka. We cycle through the well-wooded valleys to the lake of Visovac on the upper part of the river Krka. A swim stop is welcome. On calm trails we pass several small villages until we return to Skradin. After lunch it is time to discover the unique naturally waterfalls of the national park of the Krka-Canyon. Later on in the afternoon the boat crosses over to the coral island of Zlarin.

    7th day (Fri) Primošten - Trogir (approx. 28 mi./ 45 km)

In the morning we cruise to Primošten. From here we cycle through the hinterland passing small villages, all the way to Trogir. Many magical views of the town and the island of Čiovo invite for short breaks and taking pictures. The afternoon offers enough time for a stroll through the world cultural heritage old town of Trogir. After dinner we round our eventful trip with a cosy come-together with crew and tour guides.

8th day (Sat) Disembarkation at Trogir

After breakfast disembarkation until 9 am and individual trip home or extended stay in Croatia.

We reserve the right to make changes to the planned route due to changing wind and weather conditions, and where required by organizational necessities. The tour can be also operated in reverse order.

Deluxe Boat “ Diana“ (all cabins with en-suite facilities)

The Diana is beside the Kapetan Jure already the second ship of Captain Anton for the Islandhopping fleet. The three-masted motor yacht is a very elegant steel ship of the deluxe category. With a length of 131 ft./ 40 m and width of 28 ft./ 8,50m it is the biggest boat of our Croatian fleet. 16 comfortable and spacious guest cabins with a size of 40 - 46 sq ft. (12 - 14 qm) including tiled bathroom with shower cabin are at the guest disposal. A bathing platform is available at the stern – offering an easy access to the sea. For a special experience the saloon and numerous sun mats and beds are available on the sundeck. The friendly crew will always help you to enjoy an easygoing journey in to the Croatian past and to the present.

The cook on board is a member of the crew and prepares the breakfast and two warm meals a day. The catering starts with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast at disembarkation day. Lunch can also be a pick nick ashore and sometimes a meal can also take place in a typical Croatian restaurant.

    Requirements (level 2):

The bike tours require a basic level of fitness from participants, which they should have acquired from steady cycling. The cycling tours fit in equal measure to cyclists with hybrid bikes or E-bikes. If a rental bike is used, you are kindly requested to decide either on a hybrid bike or an E-bike before commencement of travel. The tours take you up to a height of between 200 and 500 m above sea-level. The daily tours from 15 to 55 km lead you through hilly and mountainous terrain and will be completed without any time-constraints. Participants also need to master long and steep climbs- Streets are mostly asphalted and less traffic occurs during the off seasons. You are free to set aside a half or full day to swim or spend on board the boat, instead of taking a planned bike-tour. We will traverse mostly asphalted roads, which are rarely traveled on outside the holiday seasons. Each day you can either decide to bike alone, using the information and maps provided, or join the tour guides. Helmets use is mandatory on all cycling tours. You are strongly encouraged to bring your own well-fitted helmet. Rental helmets are available on board in limited number (on request).

We believe that only children in a good physical condition and with a minimum age of 10 and previous bicycle tour experience are able to master the bike-tours on their own strength. Please note that the minimum height for a rental bike is 4 ft. (1.20 m). In Croatia there is a helmet duty for all children up to age of 16.
